摘要:本工程為全現(xiàn)澆混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),工程所在地區(qū)的抗震設(shè)防等級(jí)為7度,需要進(jìn)行抗震設(shè)計(jì)。抗震設(shè)計(jì)與非抗震設(shè)計(jì)有許多不同之處,其根本區(qū)別在于非抗震結(jié)構(gòu)在外荷載作用下結(jié)構(gòu)處于彈性狀態(tài),僅有微小裂縫,構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)主要是滿足承載力要求。而抗震結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下,為了有良好的耗能能力以及在強(qiáng)震下結(jié)構(gòu)不倒塌,其構(gòu)件應(yīng)有足夠的延性。要設(shè)計(jì)延性框架結(jié)構(gòu),需滿足“強(qiáng)柱弱梁,強(qiáng)剪弱彎,強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)弱構(gòu)件”的要求,并進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的內(nèi)力調(diào)整,然后由調(diào)整后的內(nèi)力值進(jìn)行配筋計(jì)算。本工程采用樁基礎(chǔ),采用的樁為復(fù)合載體夯擴(kuò)樁。該樁是一種新型樁,具有單樁豎向極限承載力高,施工工藝簡(jiǎn)單,施工質(zhì)量易控制,且在施工過(guò)程中,具有無(wú)污染、低噪聲等特點(diǎn),并可消納大量建筑碎磚、混土塊等建筑垃圾,變廢為寶,保護(hù)環(huán)境,利國(guó)利民。
